Christina Falero
Christina is a Medical Assistant with extensive experience in various healthcare settings, based in Chicago, IL. She has over a decade of expertise in phlebotomy, wound care, and other medical procedures. She is thrilled to be working at Kapadia Plastic Surgery. Christina holds a diploma from the Medical Assistant Program at Lincoln College of Technology, Melrose Park, and has been a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) since 2007. Additionally, she is a dedicated and compassionate practitioner who enjoys working with a diverse range of patients. Karina received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Michigan State University and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Loyola University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and three pets.

Recently relocating to the U.S., she is passionate about learning the U.S. healthcare system and providing exceptional patient care. Manjind finds fulfillment in building connections with patients and is committed to making a positive impact in their lives as she pursues her dream of a career in medicine.
Monika Taborowicz
Monika launched her nursing career in Plastic Surgery in 2015 and has since broadened her expertise across various specialties, gaining invaluable experience as an operating room nurse in a hospital setting. Driven by her passion for the Plastics and Aesthetics industry, Monika has successfully transitioned back to her roots, where she now has the privilege of working alongside Dr. Kapadia. In this role, she is dedicated to providing compassionate care to cancer patients undergoing reconstruction, as well as individuals seeking aesthetic enhancements. As a skilled injector, Monika is committed to employing the safest techniques to help her patients enhance their natural beauty, restore youthfulness, and achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes. Fluent in Polish, Monika enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
